This small-group, 1 hour walking tour will provide attendees a chance to chat directly with friendly farmers and small-scale producers, learning more about what's in season, discovering just how much seasonality can influence flavour (and price), and covering plenty of delicious recipe ideas along the way.
Hosted by Nat Abboud, a Merri-bek local, ex-councillor and co-owner of Middle Eastern restaurant Rumi, the tour will showcase the diversity of Victorian producers, and include a few tasters along the way. Nat has been a friend of the farmers' markets for over a decade, and has a wealth of knowledge to share.
Participants will receive a tote bag, complimentary hot drink and a sample of local produce.
Tickets capped at 25 people to ensure an intimate experience so book now!
