Group of neighbours are working with our local cafe, Wild Timor, on Sydney Rd, to rescue coffee grounds and food waste. We are making lots of compost! For Urban Agriculture Month, we are making a food garden in an old bath on the nature strip. ( the cafe is nearby). We hope to show in some small way that “waste” is a resource and to DO circular economy…
Anyone can wander down the street and see the bathtub garden and see some of the elements of the system we have set up.
