Permie Kids is a fun interactive class where the true learning comes from being immersed in the garden doing activities that nourish self belief and children's connection to nature.
Permie Kids is held in Greenheart Garden in Killcare on the NSW Central Coast. The garden is designed using permaculture principles and each week children learn about skills and ideas related to the garden and to nature especially around growing food and caring for the environment.
For the next few weeks we are covering air drying food, pressing flowers and creating natural Christmas decorations and gifts. Enrolments for 2025 are open now. Our Monday classes are for children aged 9-12 years, and Wednesday classes aged 6-8 years.
