When it comes to understanding soils we have a lot to thank the 8cm layer under our feet for. The rich skin of the Earth provides us with our food, and the health of the soil also determines the health of our food, animals and ourselves.
In this immersive workshop Permaculturalist and educator Taj Scicluna will take you through the foundations of what you need to know about soil structure and biology, to deepen your understanding of gardening. You will also learn how to create thriving ecosystems of microbes by making incredible compost that will nourish our plants!
