In this workshop you will learn the ultimate guide to making Chinese dumplings from scratch.
The dough you will prepare can be used for both boiled dumplings (shui jiao, 水餃) and potstickers (guo tie, 鍋貼). The dumpling wrappers are tender and thin, with a silky mouthfeel.
Making dumplings is fun. In Miki's culture (the facilitator of this workshop), it is a family activity, where friends, neighbours and family members sit around the table have a good chat while preparing the dumplings. You will be making vegetarian dumplings, including preparing the dough and the stuffing!
