We can't wait to ring in the summer as relaxed and fun as can be, with an open-air movie night amongst the veggie patches at Green Space. Join in conversations about sustainability and urban food growing to fight climate change.
We will be screening IN MY BLOOD IT RUNS from 2020, an intimate and observational documentary from the perspective of a 10-year-old Aboriginal Boy in Alice Springs, struggling to balance his traditional Arrernte/ Garrwa upbringing with state education.
Movie Snacks, Ice Cream from the Hippie Whippie Ice Cream Van, fun outdoor games and great company is all complimentary. Don't miss it.
The SUMMER MOVIE NIGHT is made possible by the FFFR Heywire Innovations Grant. COVID Safe Measures will be in place, too.
While the event is free, we are asking anyone planning to head along to register, so we have enough snacks etc. ready and we can cater for all access requirements.
We encourage all young people to come and join us in a safe inclusive environment.
